Building its lead-in and growing its audience throughout its telecast, ABC�s �Commander In Chief� stood as the most-watched show in its time period, outpacing Fox�s �House� (14.6 million vs. 14.0 million). It has been the most-watched show in it time period on each of its telecasts. The freshman ABC drama took second place in its time slot among Adults 25-54 (5.3/11).
� �Commander In Chief� was up from the prior week across a broad range of demographic categories, including Men 25-54 (4.1/9 vs. 4.0/9), Women 25-54 (6.6/13 vs. 6.5/13), Teens 12-17 (1.1/3 vs. 1.0/3) and Kids 2-11 (0.9/4 vs. 0.8/3).
� The drama delivered strong tune-in for ABC in the 9:00 p.m. hour, surging from its lead-in by 7.1 million viewers (14.6 million vs. 7.5 million) and by 42% in Adults 18-49 (3.7/9 vs. 2.6/7). From start to finish, �Commander In Chief� gained nearly 1 million viewers (14.2 million to 15.1 million) and 8% among Adults 18-49 (3.6/9 to 3.9/9).
�Boston Legal� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)
Taking second place in its hour to time period veteran NBC�s �Law & Order: SVU,� ABC�s �Boston Legal� topped the final hour of CBS� extended 2-hour edition of �Amazing Race 8� among Total Viewers (11.8 million vs. 10.5 million).
� �Boston Legal� was up from the prior week in Total Viewers (11.8 million vs. 11.2 million) and Adults 18-49 (3.5/9 vs. 3.4/9). In viewers and young adults, the show delivered its second-strongest performance of the season.
