HALLMARK CHANNEL CELEBRATES BEST-EVER DECEMBER AND 4TH QUARTER

Network Ranks Among Top 10 Cable Networks in Both Prime Time and Total Day Household Ratings

Hallmark Channel has experienced its best-ever December and 4th Quarter, with HH ratings for both periods ranking amongst the Top 10 ad-supported cable networks in Prime Time and Total Day. The network showed particularly strong growth in the coveted Adults and Women 18-49 demos.

The extraordinary performance is due in part to the networks annual Original holiday movies, including this years Meet the Santas, which was the networks highest-rated telecast ever, as well as strategic scheduling tactics and an aggressive slate of high-quality original programming.

In December 2005, Hallmark Channel delivered its highest-ever-rated week, day, weekend and telecast. The network ranks #9 in Prime Time HH ratings (1.4). Year-toyear, in Prime Time, Hallmark Channel delivered several all-time highs, including:

 335,000 A18-49 (up +11%)

 571,000 homes (up +16%)

 270,000 A25-54 (up +5%)
