BRAVO RECORDS NETWORKS BEST PERFORMANCES EVER ON AIR AND ONLINE IN 2006

Bravo No.1 In Growth Among Fully Distributed Cable Entertainment Networks In Total Viewers and P18-49 In Primetime

Bravo No. 1 Cable Entertainment Network in Affluent Households And Educated Adults Viewers 18-49 And 25-54

NEW YORK January 3, 2007 Fueled by the success of Bravos hit series Top Chef, The Real Housewives of Orange County and the reality juggernaut Project Runway, 2006 marked Bravos best year -- ever. Bravo shattered every previous network record both on-air and online, earned its highest cable ratings in every key demographic marking double-digit, year-over-year primetime ratings increases and generated the highest cumulative page views to BravoTV.com in 2006.

To say were pleased wouldnt do justice to our performance -- 2006 was phenomenal, said Lauren Zalaznick, President, Bravo. Its incredibly gratifying to see our vision become a reality as more viewers than ever tune in to watch what happens.

Bravos year-over-year 8-11p primetime ratings grew 25 percent in P18-49 (304,000 vs. 244,000 in 2005); 22 percent in total households (426,000 vs. 349,000) and 21 percent in total viewers (546,000 vs. 450,000), more than any other fully distributed cable network (80MM+ households), according to Nielsen Media Research. Additionally, BravoTV.com logged an impressive 361 million page views for the year, representing a 120 percent increase over 2005 (164 million page views), according to Omniture and Urchin. With the addition of compelling original content across BravoTV.com and a host of Bravo insiders blogging, the site's traffic exploded, reaching 41 million page views, a 19-fold increase over 2005.

Bravo again scored big with younger viewers, resulting in the channels youngest year ever for the 8-11p time period, attracting a median age of 43.1, down from 44.3 in 2005 and 52.2 in 2001. And, although Bravo skewed younger, it remained the No. 1 cable entertainment network for the third year in a row for delivering advertisers a high concentration of affluent (HH $100K+) viewers in adults 18-49 and 25-54 in primetime (8-11p). In addition, Bravo was the No. 1 most educated cable entertainment network among adults 18-49 and 25-54.

Season three averaged a 3.30 HH coverage rating with 3.62 million total viewers (up +110 percent from season two and the previous record) and 2.41 million P18-49 (up +90 percent from season two), all network programming records. Additionally, BravoTV.com recorded 76 million page views for season three, marking a 42 percent increase over season two, also a network record.

"Top Chef" ranked as the No. 1 rated food series in all of cable television averaging 1,273,000 P18-49 in 2006.
