OXYGEN SCORES WITH TEASE

Series Premiere Garners a 0.52HH

New York January 12, 2007 The series premiere of Oxygens newest reality show Tease scored an impressive 0.52HH rating in its Wednesday January 10th premiere, making it the highest rated Wednesday ever in that timeslot. The show also fared well among the key demos, garnering a respectable 0.44 W18-49, a 0.40 among W18-34, and a notable 0.45 among W18-24.

Tease, hosted by actress Lisa Rinna, features two up-and-coming hair stylists as they face-off in an outrageous, Olympic-style tournament. The aspiring stylists put their skills to the ultimate tress test in front of a panel of expert judges that include supermodel Roshumba, celebrity stylist Peter Ishkhans, and beauty super-agent Frank Moore, as they compete for a chance at the supreme challenge a one-on-one battle with a high-profile master stylist.

Also adding to the ratings success of the night, the premiere of the second season of The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency, which aired after Tease at 10pm, also did well, scoring a respectable 0.50 HH rating.
