"Models" and "Dolls" Lift The CW to Second on Wednesday in Key Demos

April 4, 2007 (Burbank, California) - The CW's hit "America's Next Top Model" once again ranked first in the hour with adults 18-34 (3.2/10), women 18-34 (5.1/15), women 18-49 (3.9/11), according to preliminary live plus same day Nielsen ratings for Wednesday, April 4. "Top Model" also beat The Big 3 to rank second at 8pm in adults 18-49 (2.5/8).

"Top Model" posted The CW's best ratings in the time period since the finale of "Top Model" 7 back on Dec. 6, 2006 in adults 18-34.

"Top Model" scored week-to-week increased of 7% in adults 18-34, 6% in women 18-34 and 3% in women 18-49.

An encore of The CW's newest hit "Pussycat Dolls" topped the Big 3 in women 18-34 (2.9/8) and teens (2.0/7), and beat ABC and NBC in adults 18-34 (1.8/5).

The "Pussycat Dolls" encore once again outperformed the Tuesday original by 29% in adults 18-34, 38% in women 18-34, 50% in adults 18-49 (1.5/4), 64% in women 18-49 (2.3/6) and 39% in viewers (3.2 mil).

The "Pussycat Dolls" was up week-to-week by 6% in adults 18-34, 12% in women 18-34, 7% in adults 18-49 and 10% in women 18-49.

The strength of "Top Model" and the potent "Pussycat Dolls" combined to give The CW second place on Wednesday ahead of the Big 3 in adults 18-34 (2.5/8) and women 18-34 (4.0/11), behind only Fox.
