"The King of Queens" Wins its Time Period in Viewers for the Third Consecutive Week

"CSI" Tops "Grey's Anatomy" in Viewers

"Shark" Places First in its Time Period in Viewers for the 12th Time in 13 Broadcasts and Tops "ER" in Adults 18-49

"NCIS" Lands in the Top 10 Opposite "Idol" Competition

"The Amazing Race: All-Stars" Delivers its Best Ratings in a Month

CBS placed second in viewers and adults 25-54 in the week ending April 29, week 32 of the 2006-2007 television season.

For the week in viewers, CBS (10.82m) trailed FOX (11.46m) but placed ahead of ABC (9.59m) and NBC (6.68m). Season-to-date in viewers, CBS (12.57m) leads followed by FOX (10.29m), ABC (9.80m) and NBC (9.03m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS was second in adults 25-54 (3.8/10) and averaged a 2.9/09 in adults 18-49. Season-to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54 (4.7/12) and second in adults 18-49 (3.8/10, -0.2 behind FOX).

For the week in households, CBS (7.0/12) finished +1% ahead of FOX (6.9/12), +11% ahead of ABC (6.3/11) and +59% ahead of NBC (4.4/08). Season-to-date in household, CBS is first (7.9/13), outpacing ABC and FOX by +25% (6.3/10, each) and NBC by +36% (5.8/10).

CBS Weekly Highlights:

? THE KING OF QUEENS was first in households (8.2/12), viewers (12.63m) -- both for the third consecutive week -- and second in adults 25-54 (5.3/12) and adults 18-49 (4.2/10).

? CSI: MIAMI was first in households (11.1/19), viewers (17.03m), adults 25-54 (6.4/16), adults 18-49 (5.2/14) and adults 18-34 (3.6/10).

? NCIS was second in households (9.0/14), viewers (14.17m), adults 25-54 (4.4/11) and adults 18-49 (3.2/09) -- all behind "American Idol".

CSI: NY was first in households (7.8/13), second behind "Lost" in viewers (11.40m, -0.46m behind ABC), adults 25-54 (4.1/10) and adults 18-49 (3.3/09).

-- Thursday, CBS was first in households (9.9/16), viewers (16.08m), adults 25-54 (5.9/15) and second in adults 18-49 (4.8/13).

? SURVIVOR: FIJI was first in households (8.1/14), viewers (13.83m), adults 25-54 (5.6/15) and adults 18-49 (4.6/14). SURVIVOR topped "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader" by +33% in households (vs. 6.1/10), +47% in adults 25-54 (vs. 3.8/10), +31% in adults 18-49 (vs. 3.5/10) and by +3.70m viewers (vs. 10.13m, +36%). SURVIVOR topped "Ugly Betty" by +19% in households (vs. 6.8/11), +56% in adults 25-54 (vs. 3.6/10), +48% in adults 18-49 (vs. 3.1/09) and by +4.21m viewers (vs. 9.62m, +44%).

? CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was first in viewers (20.20m), second in households (12.3/19), adults 25-54 (7.5/18) and adults 18-49 (5.9/15).

? SHARK was first in households (9.2/16), viewers (14.10m), adults 25-54 (4.8/13) and second in adults 18-49 (3.8/11). Compared to last week, SHARK was up +8% in households (from 8.5/14), +14% in adults 25-54 (from 4.2/11), +27% in adults 18-49 (from 3.0/09) and added +1.56m viewers (from 12.54m, +12%). SHARK has won its time period 12 times in the last 13 airings in both households and viewers.

? GHOST WHISPERER was first in households (6.0/11), viewers (9.20m), adults 25-54 (3.4/11) and adults 18-49 (2.6/10). GHOST WHISPERER had nearly a +4 million viewer advantage over its closest competitor (+3.97m ahead of NBC's 5.23m), +1.5 rtg pt advantage in adults 25-54 (vs. ABC's 1.9/06) and +0.9 rtg pt advantage in adults 18-49 (vs. ABC's 1.7/06).

? NUMB3RS was first in households (6.7/12), viewers (10.15m), adults 25-54 (3.7/11) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (2.6/09, with ABC).

? THE AMAZING RACE: ALL-STARS (5.7/10, 9.43m) was second in viewers and adults 25-54 (3.8/10). This is THE AMAZING RACE's best delivery in households, viewers, adults 18-49 (3.1/09) and adults 25-54 since March 25, 2007.

? WITHOUT A TRACE was first in households (9.0/15), viewers (13.72m) and second in both adults 25-54 (4.5/12) and adults 18-49 (3.2/09).
