� Disney Channel scored the No. 2 spot in Prime in April 07 in Total Viewers (2.3 million), beating third-place TNT (2.1 million) by a healthy 10%.

� April 07 qualified as Disney Channel's most-watched April of all time in Prime in Kids 6-11 (991,000/4.1 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (858,000/3.5 rating).

� April 07 finished as Disney Channel's most-watched April on record in Total Day in Total Viewers (1.4 million), Kids 6-11 (499,000/2.1 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (419,000/1.7 rating).

� Driven by two of the month's Top 10 TV series in Kids 2-5, "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" and "Johnny and the Sprites," Disney Channel's preschool targeted Playhouse Disney block enjoyed its most-watched April ever in the daypart (Monday-Sunday, 6:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.) in Total Viewers (1.1 million) and Kids 2-5 (401,000/2.5 rating), increasing by 12% (980,000) and by 15% (349,000/2.2 rating), respectively, over year-ago levels.

� Powered by its week-long second season launch, hit original series "Hannah Montana" stood as the month's No. 1 series on all basic cable in Kids 6-11 (1.2 million/4.9 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.1 million/4.4 rating), and basic cable's most-watched original series for the month in Total Viewers (2.7 million).

� "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody" ranked as basic cable's No. 2 series in Tweens 9-14 (861,000/3.5 rating) and No. 5 in Kids 6-11 (965,000/4.0 rating).

� Playhouse Disney series "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" (#8, 704,000/4.5 rating) and "Johnny and the Sprites" (#10; 646,000/4.1 rating) finished among the month's Top 10 TV series (broadcast and basic cable) in Kids 2-5.

� For the week of April 23-29, 2007, Disney Channel finished as basic cable's No. 1 network in Total Day in Tweens 9-14 (420,000), surpassing runner-up Nick by 3% (408,000).

� Disney Channel closed out April 07 capturing its 108th consecutive weekly win in Kids 6-11 (1.0 million/4.3 rating) and 104th in Tweens 9-14 (904,000/3.7 rating).

� Altogether for the week of April 23-29, 2007, Disney Channel delivered the Top 15 telecasts on all basic cable in Tweens 9-14, and 15 of the Top 20 in Kids 6-11.
