VH-1's "Best Week Ever" called "Flipping Out" "the best reality show of the summer," and Jeff Lewis has been called "the Larry David of Reality TV" by Salon.com. Viewers are tuning in to see Lewis and his colorful employees each week tackle the ever changing Los Angeles real estate market. In last night's episode, property-rich and cash-poor Lewis relies on his powers of negotiation to keep his projects afloat as he pits potential buyers against each other and struggles to keep his contractors in line. Also, a visit with Lewis's wheeler-dealer father, a successful Long Beach developer, reveals just how far the apple falls from the tree.

Next week's episode airing on August 28th at 10 PM ET/PT, Lewis struggles to finalize two desperately needed deals even as he dreams of expanding his operation to exotic Palm Springs. Lewis's staff lets loose with the boss out of town.
