Original episodes of LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT lead the way to highest-rated October in USA history

NEW YORK, NY � October 30, 2007 � October 2007 is USA's best October ever among households (2.01 million), total viewers (2.6 million), P18-34 (566,000), P18-49 (1.2 million) and P25-54 (1.17 million). Compared to October 2006, USA is up +8% among households, up +7% among total viewers, up +10% in P25-54, up +12% in P18-49 and up +12% in P18-34.

USA's strong performance was driven by all four original new episodes of LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT, as well as WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW, LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT and the acquired theatrical BRUCE ALMIGHTY.

� The 10/18 original episode of LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT was the top scripted telecast of the month among P25-54 (2.16 million).

� The average of the four original LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT episodes in the quarter was up +95% among total viewers, up +114% in P25-54 and up +115% in P18-49 from the Thu 10-11p time period average for the same weeks in October 2006.

� The four LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT episodes averaged 3.92 million total viewers, 1.91 million in P25-54 and 1.81 million in P18-49.

� USA had 17 of the top 30 ad-supported entertainment telecasts among P25-54 for the month of October, more than any other network.

USA was also the #1 entertainment network for the week 10/22/07 among P18-49 (1.3 million), P25-54 (1.29 million), households (2.1 million) and total viewers (2.7 million).
