NEW YORK August 6, 2008 Bravo delivered a high dose of real estate drama and record ratings success last night with the season finale of the hit series, "Flipping Out" and the second season premiere of the real estate drama "Million Dollar Listing," posting double digit growth for both series.

For the fifth consecutive week, "Flipping Out" has reached over one million total viewers and last night's episode set a series high among adults 18-49 (881,000 viewers) and in total viewers (1.276 million). Bravo will air a "Flipping Out Reunion Special" next Tuesday, August 12 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Lewis and his crew will reminisce about the breakups and flip outs that made this season the most successful yet. The painting will be available for auction online from August 12 to August 19.
