IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR ON HALLMARK CHANNEL

Original Movie Premiere Ranks #1 for Day and Week and Bumps Network to #5 for Week

Hallmark Channel's premiere of its latest original holiday movie, "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year," scored a 3.3 household rating, over 2.8 million homes, 4 million total viewers and a record-breaking 5.5 million unduplicated viewers for the family-friendly network on Saturday night (December 13, 9-11 p.m.). The movie, starring Henry Winkler, Brooke Burns and Warren Christie, ranked as the highest-rated ad-supported cable movie of the day and week as well as the highest-rated Prime Time telecast of the day.

"The Most Wonderful Time of the Year" elevated Hallmark Channel to rank #1 in Prime Time for the day among HH (2.8 rating) and #5 for the week with a 1.6 HH rating, over 1.3 million homes and over 1.8 million total viewers.

The movie ranked #1 in the time period (9-11 p.m., ET/PT) for HH and total viewers ratings (3.3; 1.8) and deliveries (2.8 m; 4 m), and among the top 10 for key demo ratings and deliveries:

T #2 in W25-54 (1.6; 790,000)

T #2 in A25-54 rating (1.2) and #3 in A25-54 delivery (1.1 m)

T #4 in W18-49 (1.0; 530,000)

This success comes on the heels of Hallmark Channel's three previous original holiday movie premieres, all of which have each delivered over a 3.0 HH rating. "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year" ranks as the networks fourth-most-watched original movie ever and third-most-watched holiday original movie ever among homes.

Next, the network will premiere "Our First Christmas" (Dec. 20) and "A Kiss at Midnight" (Dec. 27).
