"Americas Next Top Model Obsessed" Brings the Network Its Best Sunday Primetime Ever Among Target Demo of W18-34
New York, NY - February 3, 2009 - Oxygen's "Supermodel Sunday" marathon of "America's Next Top Model Obsessed" scored impressive ratings, giving the network its most watched Sunday primetime ever among W18-34, despite atypical sports competition that day. The network averaged 184,000 W18-34, 272,000 W18-49, 325,000 P18-49 and 453,000 total viewers in primetime, according to Nielsen Media Research.
"America's Next Top Model Obsessed" continues to bring the network's median age down. Oxygen's median age average on Sunday was 26, an impressive eleven year drop from the median age for the previous four week average. Oxygen's digital properties continue to show momentum with the "America's Next Top Model Obsessed" show site now garnering 3.6 million page views since launch.
"America's Next Top Model Obsessed" on Oxygen brings viewers more than just marathons every Sunday. Offerings include exclusive and original vignettes of ANTM models and judges revealing behind-the scenes information, exclusive bonus footage for the web, factoids on snipes throughout the day and new photos and games online.
Oxygen acquired the cable rights to all seasons of the groundbreaking reality competition series "America's Next Top Model" in September 2008, including the show's 12th season now in production and repeat airings of any future cycles beyond.
