The launch of original series "Southern Belles: Louisville," SOAPnet's 10-episode original reality series that follows the lives of five sexy and single, modern Southern women living life their way and breaking the rules of southern tradition in the heart of Louisville, Kentucky, became the net's No. 1 reality series premiere on record in Total Viewers (459,000), Women 18-34 (73,000) and Women 18-49 (205,000).

In fact, among all original series launches on the net, "Southern Belles: Louisville" stood as SOAPnet's second-most-watched premiere of all time in all three key demos, behind the debut of "General Hospital" spin-off, "General Hospital: Night Shift" (7/12/07).

� "Southern Belles: Louisville" generated SOAPnet's largest audience in Thursday's 10 o'clock hour in 16 months in Women 18-49 (205,000 � since 1/31/08), and in 6 months in Total Viewers (459,000 � since 11/20/08) and Women 18-34 (73,000 � since 11/13/08).

� "Southern Belles: Louisville" gained solidly over year-ago time period levels (5/22/08), registering double-digit percent gains of 12% in Total Viewers (459,000 vs. 409,000), of 24% in Women 18-34 (73,000 vs. 59,000) and of 14% in Women 18-49 (205,000 vs. 180,000).
