CBS WINS MONDAY IN VIEWERS, ADULTS 18-49 AND ADULTS 25-54

"The Big Bang Theory" Again Builds on Its Lead-In Among Key Demos

CBS placed first on Monday in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 as THE BIG BANG THEORY once again built on its TWO AND A HALF MEN lead-in among key adult demographics, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Aug. 17.

At 8:00 PM, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (R) was first in adults 25-54 (2.1/06), adults 18-49 (1.6/05), tied for first in adults 18-34 (1.2/06, with FOX), second in both households (3.2/06) and viewers (4.89m).

A special 8:30 PM rebroadcast of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER SPECIAL (R) (S) (3.1/05, 4.76m) was first in adults 25-54 (2.1/06), tied for first in adults 18-49 (1.6/05, with FOX), tied for second in adults 18-34 (1.2/05, with both NBC and ABC).

TWO AND A HALF MEN (R) was first in households (5.7/09), viewers (8.72m), adults 25-54 (3.5/09) and adults 18-49 (2.6/07).

THE BIG BANG THEORY (R) was first in households (5.3/09), viewers (8.18m), adults 25-54 (3.6/09) and adults 18-49 (2.7/07).

CSI: MIAMI (R) was tied for first in adults 25-54 (2.3/06, with NBC), adults 18-49 (1.8/06, with NBC), second in households (4.5/08, -0.1 behind NBC) and viewers (6.615m, -0.003 behind NBC).

For the night, CBS was first in households (4.4/07), viewers (6.63m), adults 25-54 (2.6/07) and adults 18-49 (2.0/06).
