"Big Brother Wednesday" Wins Time Period in Viewers, Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54

"Big Brother" Outpaces Last Summer's Comparable Edition in all Key Measures

BIG BROTHER WEDNESDAY won its time period in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54, outpacing last summer's comparable edition in all key measures, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for July 21.

From 8:00-9:00 PM, BIG BROTHER WEDNESDAY was first in households (3.9/07), viewers (6.48m), adults 25-54 (2.6/08) and adults 18-49 (2.2/08); it was second in adults 18-34 (1.8/07).

Compared to the comparable broadcast last year (on Tuesday, July 21, at 9:00 PM), BIG BROTHER WEDNESDAY was up +8% in households (from 3.6/06), +4% in adults 25-54 (from 2.5/07), +10% in adults 18-49 (from 2.0/06), +20% in adults 18-34 (from 1.5/05) and added +760,000 viewers (from 5.72m, +13%).
