NICKELODEON NOTCHES WEEKLY WIN AS BASIC CABLE'S NUMBER-ONE TOTAL DAY NETWORK
Premiere of Big Time Rush TV Movie Scores 3.3 Million Total Viewers
Nickelodeon closed the week (8/16/10-8/22/10) as basic cable's number-one network in total day with kids 2-11(3.6/1.3 million) and total viewers (2.4 million). The net was also up double-digits for the week with kids 6-11 (+13%) and tweens 9-14 (+17%). Nick's weekly win was driven by a solid performance by Big Time Rush's (Friday, August 20, 8 p.m. ET/PT) hour-long TV movie "Big Time Concert," which drew 3.3 million total viewers and averaged a 5.4/1.9 million K2-11, 7.0/1.5 million K6-11, and 6.0/1.3 million T9-14.

Additionally, in the week leading up to the premiere of "Big Time Concert" the Big Time Rush show page on Nick.com hit a record high with 757,000 unique visitors and 3.2 million page views.
Nick's weekly win was also fueled by SpongeBob SquarePants, which scored the number-one telecast for the week with kids 2-11, was the number-one animated series on all TV with kids 6-11, and ranks as the top animated series with total viewers on basic cable.
