Grows its Tween Boy Prime Audience for the 7th Consecutive Quarter

Holds Wide Margin of Victory Over Nicktoons in Total Day in Key Kid Targets

During 3Q10, Disney XD delivered its largest quarterly audience in the net's history in Total Day (includes Toon Disney) in Total Viewers (273,000) and across all key kid targets: Kids 6-14 (142,000), Boys 6-14 (93,000), Kids 6-11 (113,000), Boys 6-11 (73,000), Tweens 9-14 (88,000) and Tween Boys (58,000), posting solid double-digit percent increases across the target boy demos (+13% in B6-14; +11% in B6-11; +16% in B9-14).

In Prime, 3Q10 also wrapped as Disney XD's most-watched quarter on record across all target measures: Kids 6-14 (176,000), Boys 6-14 (115,000), Kids 6-11 (142,000), Boys 6-11 (92,000), Tweens 9-14 (109,000) and Tween Boys (72,000). In Total Viewers (319,000), 3Q was the channel's No. 2 quarter ever, falling just shy of 1Q10's record delivery.

Impressively, 3Q10 marked Disney XD's 7th consecutive quarter growing its Prime audience among Tween Boys � dates back to 1Q09.

· DXD held the definitive edge over also-midsize cable network Nicktoons in Total Day, surpassing the network by 23% in Kids 6-14 (142,000 vs. 115,000), by 31% among Kids 6-11 (113,000 vs. 86,000), by 14% in Boys 6-11 (73,000 vs. 64,000), by 22% among Tweens 9-14 (88,000 vs. 72,000) and by 12% among Tween Boys (58,000 vs. 52,000).

· The premiere of "Phineas and Ferb Summer Belongs to You" (8/2/10) ranked as Disney XD's No. 1 telecast of the quarter in Total Viewers (1.5 million) and across all key kid and boy demos: Kids 6-14 (786,000/2.2 rating), Boys 6-14 (494,000/2.7 rating), Kids 6-11 (633,000/2.6 rating), Boys 6-11 (415,000/3.3 rating), Tweens 9-14 (439,000/1.8 rating) and Tween Boys (270,000/2.2 rating).

· In addition, the hour telecast became the Emmy-winning animated series' No. 2 telecast of all time on Disney XD in Total Viewers, Kids 6-14, Boys 6-11, Kids 6-11, Boys 6-11 and Boys 9-14, behind only December 2009's "Christmas Vacation."
