NEW YORK, September 28, 2010 - Continuing its phenomenal ratings success, HISTORY secured its best quarter ever in all key demos in 3rd Quarter 2010 and best month ever in September. Driven by the strength of the network's new and returning hit series - Pawn Stars, American Pickers, Ice Road Truckers, Top Shot, and Swamp People - HISTORY was ranked in the top 5 vs. all of cable for any quarter in both adults 25-54 and 18-49.

HISTORY's 3rd Quarter 2010 numbers vs. 3rd Quarter 2009:

· Adults 25-54 (838,000) up +37% (610,000)

· Adults 18-49 (759,000) up +35% (564,000)

· Total Viewers (1.7 million) up +42% (1.2 million)

Pawn Stars remains HISTORY's #1 hit with an average of 5.4 million total viewers, 2.9 million adults 25-54 and 2.8 million Adults 18-49 - with 14 telecasts in 3rd Quarter. 2010 to date, Pawn Stars is the #1 non-fiction series among total viewers.

American Pickers attracted an average of 4.7 million total viewers, 2.4 million adults 25-54 and 2.1 million Adults 18-49 - with 8 telecasts in 3rd Quarter. 2010 to date the series is currently #1 new non-fiction cable series among adults 25-54.

The fourth season of the television phenomenon, Ice Road Truckers, averaged 2.9 million total viewers, 1.6 million adults 25-54 and 1.4 million adults 18-49 - with 11 telecasts in 3rd Quarter thus far.

With 6 telecasts in 3rd Quarter, the competition series Top Shot averaged 2.1 million total viewers, 1.2 million adults 25-54 and 1.1 million adults 18-49.

And, the new series launch, Swamp People, set a record as network's best-ever original series launch while averaging 3.2 million total viewers, 1.8 million adults 25-54 and 1.7 million adults 18-49 with 6 telecasts in 3rd Quarter.
