"SWIFT JUSTICE WITH NANCY GRACE" IS THIS SEASON'S #1 RATED NEW SYNDICATED SERIES

Next Generation Court Show Beats "Nate Berkus" And All Other First-Run Entries

LOS ANGELES, CA - September 28, 2010 - The highly anticipated debut of CBS Television Distribution's SWIFT JUSTICE WITH NANCY GRACE proved an impressive winner as it premiered as the #1 new syndicated series with a 2.2 HH GAA% rating for the week ending Sept. 19 and beat all other syndicated contenders.

In its first week in the national ratings, SWIFT JUSTICE beat its nearest freshman competitor "Nate Berkus Show" (1.0 HH GAA%), which tied for last place with "Wendy Williams," by 120%. In total viewers, SWIFT JUSTICE garnered 1.6 million more viewers than "Nate Berkus" (2.9 million vs. 1.3 million).

SWIFT JUSTICE is also the highest court show debut in five years.

The only court show produced in HD, SWIFT JUSTICE is a fresh, new forum where viewers are able to communicate directly with Nancy and ask for her advice. The former prosecutor interacts with litigants, polygraph panelists, DNA experts and viewers from across the country through a variety of real-time, dynamic legal and production techniques.

SWIFT JUSTICE is produced by Swift Justice Productions, Inc. and is distributed by CBS Television Distribution. John Terenzio is executive producer and Lou Dennig is senior supervising producer. CBS Television Distribution is a unit of CBS Corp.
