GOSSIP GIRL Builds By Double Digits Over Last Week

The CW Scores Best Monday of the Season in Adults 18-34 and Women 18-34

October 5, 2010 (Burbank, CA) - The CW's highly addictive hit GOSSIP GIRL climbed to its best performance of the season in all key categories, including adults 18-34 (1.7/5), women 18-34 (2.8/7), adults 18-49 (1.1/3), women 18-49 (1.7/4) and total viewers (2.0mil), according to Live Plus Same Day Nielsen ratings for Monday, Oct. 4, 2010.

Compared to last week, GOSSIP GIRL shot up 31% in adults 18-34, 33% in women 18-34, 10% in adults 18-49, 13% in women 18-49 and 12% in total viewers. Gossip Girl was also up or on par with its year ago performance in key demos.

GOSSIP GIRL ranked second in the 9:00-10:00pm hour among women 18-34 (tie with CBS).

This marks The CW's best Monday of the season in adults 18-34 (1.5/4) and women 18-34 (2.36).
