Delivering the week's Top 5 cable TV telecasts fronted by all-new episodes of hit series "Shake It Up," "Good Luck Charlie" and "Wizards of Waverly Place," Disney Channel ranked as TV's No. 1 network in Total Day for the 8th consecutive week among Tweens 9-14 (533,000/2.2 rating).

Disney Channel netted its 299th consecutive weekly win in Prime among Kids 6-11 (1.07 million/4.3 rating) and was No. 1 for the 296th time in the previous 299 weeks among Tweens 9-14 (888,000/3.6 rating).

· The week's No. 1 scripted TV telecast among key kids, Sunday's all-new "Shake It Up" became the series' second-most-watched telecast on record in Total Viewers (4.31 million) and Kids 6-11 (2.04 million/8.2 rating).

· Disney Channel delivered the week's Top 3 cable telecasts among Kids 6-11:

· Disney Channel owned the week's Top 5 cable telecasts among Tweens 9-14, and 10 of the Top 12 overall:

· For the 16th time in the previous 17 weeks, a "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" (Sat., 8:30 - 8:55 a.m.) telecast stood as the week's No. 1 weekend preschool TV telecast among Kids 2-5 (795,000/4.7rating).
