'LAST CALL WITH CARSON DALY' IS UP SEASON TO DATE BY 8 PERCENT IN 18-49 VIEWERS AND 19 PERCENT IN TOTAL VIEWERS

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. - April 7, 2011 - NBC's late-night lineup has delivered ratings wins for the week of March 28-April 1, with "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" finishing #1 in viewers 18-49 and total viewers versus CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman" and ABC's combination of "Nightline" and "Jimmy Kimmel Live."

At 12:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" ranked #1 in viewers 18-49 over CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" and all other cable and broadcast competition in the time period.

In adult 18-49 rating points, "Tonight" tied CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman" for the week (0.9 rating each), while Jay generated the bigger 18-49 audience (1.201 million vs. 1.173 million). At 12:35 a.m. ET, Jimmy Fallon prevailed over "Late Late Show" in 18-49 rating (0.6 vs. 0.5) and 18-49 viewers (770,000 vs. 717,000).

So far during the 2010-11 television season versus the first 28 weeks of last season, "Tonight" is up by 25 percent in total viewers (3.877 million vs. 3.096 million), while "Late Show" is down 11 percent (3.588 million vs. 4.054 million). At 12:35 a.m. ET, Jimmy Fallon is up 16 percent versus his year-ago pace in total viewers (1.774 million vs. 1.523 million), while "Late Late Show" is down 8 percent (1.764 million vs. 1.917 million).

At 1:35 a.m. ET, "Last Call with Carson Daly" is up so far this season versus one year ago by 8 percent in 18-49 viewers (498,000 vs. 463,000) and up 19 percent in total viewers (998,000 vs. 836,000).

Jay Leno has ranked #1 for 26 of 28 weeks this season versus "Late Show" in viewers 18-49 and total viewers. Jimmy Fallon has ranked #1 versus "Late Late Show" in viewers 18-49 for 28 of 28 weeks this season. In total viewers, Jimmy has won 16 of the last 20 weeks versus "Late Late Show."
