2011 to Date is Pacing as Disney XD's Most-Watched Year Ever in Prime and Total Day in Total Viewers and All Kids and Boys Ages 2-11, 6-14, 6-11 and 9-14

November 2011 - Total Day

During November 11, Disney XD delivered its most-watched November in the network's history in Total Day (include its 10 years as Toon Disney) in Total Viewers (298,000) and across all key kid targets, including Kids 2-11 (162,000), Kids 6-14 (163,000), Kids 6-11 (127,000), Tweens 9-14 (108,000). Year-to-year, Disney XD has grown by 9% in delivery among Kids 6-11 and by 29% in delivery in Tweens 9-14.

For 2011 to date, Disney XD is pacing to again deliver its largest annual audience ever in both Prime and Total Day in Total Viewers and across the network's target kid and boy demographics, ages 2-11, 6-14, 6-11 and 9-14.

· Disney XD has grown its Total Day audience year to year for 35 straight months among Boys 6-14 and Boys 6-11 - the longest streak of its kind among all kid networks.

· Disney XD surpassed Nicktoons in Total Day by double-digit percent margins across the board: +39% in Total Viewers (293,000 vs. 211,000), +47% in Kids 2-11 (154,000 vs. 110,000), +68% in Kids 6-14 (163,000 vs. 97,000), +40% in Boys 6-14 (98,000 vs. 70,000), +67% in Kids 6-11 (127,000 vs. 76,000), +42% in Boys 6-11 (75,000 vs. 53,000), +76% in Tweens 9-14 (109,000 vs. 62,000) and +50% in Boys 9-14 (69,000 vs. 46,000).

· Disney XD exceeded year-ago averages among key demos, including Kids 6-14 (+15% - 163,000 vs. 142,000), Kids 6-11 (+9% - 127,000 vs. 117,000) and Tweens 9-14 (+29% - 108,000 vs. 84,000).

November 2011 - Prime

November 11 was also Disney XD's most-watched November ever in Prime in Kids 2-11 (202,000), Kids 6-14 (218,000), Boys 6-14 (134,000), Kids 6-11 (171,000), Boys 6-11 (106,000), Tweens 9-14 (152,000) and Boys 9-14 (97,000). Disney XD continues to hold the longest growth streak of any cable network for kids, increasing its monthly audience year to year for the 35th consecutive month among Kids 6-11, and for the 33rd straight month among Boys 6-14 and Boys 6-11.

· Disney XD again easily surpassed Nicktoons, topping the key competitor across all key demos: by 31% in Kids 2-11 (202,000 vs. 162,000), by 51% in Kids 6-14 (218,000 vs. 144,000), by 28% in Boys 6-14 (134,000 vs. 105,000), by 52% in Kids 6-11 (172,000 vs. 113,000), by 30% in Boys 6-11 (105,000 vs. 81,000), by 67% in Tweens 9-14 (154,000 vs. 92,000) and by 41% in Boys 9-14 (99,000 vs. 70,000).

· Year over year, Disney XD posted across-the-board growth: Kids 6-14 (+15% - 218,000 vs. 189,000), Boys 6-14 (+6% - 134,000 vs. 127,000), Kids 6-11 (+11% - 171,000 vs. 154,000), Boys 6-11 (+2% - 106,000 vs. 104,000), Tweens 9-14 (+29% - 152,000 vs. 118,000) and Boys 9-14 (+21% - 97,000 vs. 80,000).

Disney XD is a basic cable channel and multi-platform brand showcasing a compelling mix of live-action and animated programming for Kids age 6-14, hyper-targeting boys and their quest for discovery, accomplishment, sports, adventure and humor.
