In viewers and young adults, "New Year's Rockin' Eve" stands as ABC's 2nd-biggest special after the "Academy Awards."
· Comparing it to all TV shows for the week so far (week of December 26, 2011), "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2012 - Part 1" is projected to stand as the week's No. 1 non-sports television program in both Total Viewers and Adults 18-49.
