During the week of January 16, 2012, Disney Channel extended its record-streak as TV's #1 network to 32 consecutive weeks in Kids 6-11 (603,000/2.5 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (500,000/2.1 rating) - dating back to week of June 13, 2011 - and was the #1 TV network for the 3rd straight week in Boys 6-11 (263,000/2.1 rating), and the 9th time in the prior 10 weeks.

· Disney Channel surpassed Nickelodeon by 11% in Kids 6-11 (603,000 vs. 543,000) and by 29% in Tweens 9-14 (500,000 vs. 388,000), marking the network's 11th week running boasting a double-digit percent win in Kids 6-11, and the 13th straight week in Tweens 9-14. Further out, this was the 30th time in the prior 32 weeks the network has beat Nickelodeon by double-digits in Tweens 9-14, and the 18th time in the preceding 20 weeks in Kids 6-11.

In Prime, Disney Channel has ranked as cable TV's #1 network on a weekly basis for over 6-and-a-half years in Kids 6-11 (1.1 million/4.4 rating), or 348 consecutive weeks. In Tweens 9-14 (872,000/3.6 rating), the network has been #1 for 83 straight weeks, and for the 345th time in the previous 348 weeks overall.

· With 1 week remaining in January 2012, Disney Channel will rank as TV's #1 network in Total Day for the 9th month in a row in Kids 6-11 (673,000/2.7 rating), the 21st consecutive month in Tweens 9-14 (550,000/2.3 rating) and the 5th straight month in Boys 6-11 (275,000/2.2 rating) - all record #1 streaks for the network.

· January 2012 to date, Disney Channel is surpassing Nickelodeon by 22% in Kids 6-11 (673,000 vs. 553,000) and by 36% in Tweens 9-14 (550,000 vs. 404,000), marking its 7th consecutive month holding a double-digit advantage in the target demos.

· Based on a full week of viewing, the finale of "Wizards of Waverly Place" (1/6/11, 8:00 - 9:00 p.m.) is primed to rank as the month's #1 TV telecast in Kids 6-11 (5.0 million/20.2 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (4.3 million/18.0 rating), and cable's #1 scripted telecast in Total Viewers (11.3 million).
