UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. - February 16, 2012 - "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" is #1 in adults 18-49 and total viewers for the late-night ratings week of February 6-10 over all cable and broadcast competition in the time slot, delivering larger audiences than the ABC and CBS time-period competition in every key ratings category: adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, as well as total viewers.

"Tonight" generated a seven-month high in viewers 18-49, averaging 1.307 million for the week, best since the week of July 4-8, 2011. Jay also hit a 10-week high in total viewers, reaching 4.075 million persons, his best since November 28-December 2, 2011.

Monday's 1.2 rating in adults 18-49 is "Tonight's" highest since Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2011, the night Jay interviewed President Obama, and also matched the show's highest-rated night of the 2011-12 season.

At 12:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" led the time period in viewers 18-49 and total viewers over the ABC and CBS competition. For the February 6-10 week, Jimmy generated his second biggest 18-49 and overall audiences in seven weeks, trailing over that span only the prior week, which featured three pre-Super Bowl telecasts from Indianapolis.

At 1:35 a.m. ET last week, "Last Call with Carson Daly" attracted its biggest 18-49 audience (456,000) in the four months since the week of September 26-30, 2011 and its biggest overall audience (1.075 million) in the five months since September 5-9, 2011.

For the week of February 6-10, "Tonight" delivered a bigger 18-49 audience than CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman" for the eighth week in a row and Jimmy Fallon attracted a bigger 18-49 audience than CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" for an 11th week in a row.

Through the first 21 weeks of the season, "Tonight" has increased its total-viewer margin over "Late Show" to 14 percent (3.761 million vs. 3.309 million), up from the year-ago season-to-date advantage of 8 percent.
