HALLMARK CHANNEL ORIGINAL MOVIE, "KISS AT PINE LAKE," DELIVERS A 1.3 HH RTG
Over 2.2 million unduplicated viewers tuned in to watch star-crossed lovers find their happy ending in the Saturday, May 19th premiere of Hallmark Channel original movie, "Kiss at Pine Lake". The film enchanted 1,157,000 households with a 1.3 HH rating. In addition, "Kiss at Pine Lake" ranked as the #2 rated ad-supported cable movie of the week and the #2 movie of the day.
"Kiss at Pine Lake" placed in the top 10 for household and demographic ratings in the 8-10pm time period, ranking #6 in HH (1.3 rtg), W25-54 (.6 rtg), and P2+ (.6 rtg), respectively. In addition, the film was the #5 movie of the day among the W25-54 rating. "Kiss at Pine Lake" elevated Hallmark Channel to be the 8th rated cable network in prime time for the day among HH (1.1 HH rtg).
Barry Watson ("Samantha Who?") and Mia Kirshner ("The Vampire Diaries") star in the Hallmark Channel original movie, "Kiss at Pine Lake", as star-crossed lovers who finally share that very special first kiss when they reunite to save their childhood camp. On the last day of camp, fifteen year-old Luke Garvey (Watson) and Zoe McDowell (Kirshner) were finally about to share their first kiss, when they are interrupted by Zoe's dad (Engvall). Now, fifteen years later, destiny comes calling as they rekindle their old flame, and Zoe agrees to help Luke save their childhood retreat, Camp Pine Lake.
