NBC RATINGS RESULTS FOR THE LATE-NIGHT WEEK OF MAY 28-JUNE 1

FOR THE BROADCAST YEAR TO DATE, JAY LENO AND JIMMY FALLON INCREASE THEIR TOTAL-VIEWER MARGINS VS. LAST YEAR

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. - June 7, 2012 - NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" has delivered bigger audiences in adults 18-49, total viewers and other key ratings categories versus CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman" in a week of rebroadcasts for both shows during which Monday results were excluded due to the Memorial Day holiday. Also note that Wednesday NBC results are excluded from the averages due to a hockey overrun.

At 12:35 a.m. ET, encore telecasts of "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" out-delivered originals of CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" for the week of May 28-June 1 in all key categories: adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, as well as total viewers.
