"48 HOURS MYSTERY: FAMILY AFFAIR" WAS SATURDAY'S #1 SHOW IN HOUSEHOLDS, VIEWERS, ADULTS 25-54 AND ADULTS 18-49
CBS News' 48 HOURS MYSTERY: "Family Affair" was Saturday's #1 program in households, viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for July 14. 48 HOURS MYSTERY (R) (10:00-11:00 PM) was first in households (3.4/07), viewers (4.71m), adults 25-54 (1.2/04) and adults 18-49 (0.9/03).
Compared to the same night last year, 48 HOURS MYSTERY was up +10% in households and even in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.
Saturday's broadcast featured Susan Spencer's updated report on the secret that Robin Heidt hid from her family that, once exposed, rocked Springfield, Ga. The Heidt family looked perfect to outsiders, but inside was a ball of tension over what Robin was hiding. Indeed, Robin's secret was so explosive that the revelation ended up leading to the death of two family members, left another severely injured and ended with one convicted of murder.
