Last Friday's "Grimm" has increased its adult 18-49 rating by 1.14 points going from "live plus same day" ratings to "live plus seven day" results from Nielsen Media Research (from a 1.58 to a 2.72). The 1.14 increase is "Grimm's" biggest gain ever going from L+SD to L+3. The 2.72 is "Grimm's" highest L+3 rating since the show's second season premiere on Monday, Aug. 13.
"Grimm's" 2.72 in L+3 extends its lead over the time-period competition of Fox's "Fringe" (1.66 in L+3), CBS's "Made in Jersey" (1.22) and ABC's "Last Resort" encore (1.13). "Grimm's" margin of victory among those networks in L+SD was 44 percent (1.58 vs. 1.10 for "Made in Jersey") and that advantage grew to 64 percent in L+3 (2.72 vs. 1.66 for "Fringe").
L+SD ratings include live viewing and time-shifted viewing on the night of the initial airing, while L+3 adds in additional time-shifted viewing that occurs within three days of the live telecast.
