CBS MONDAY POSTS WEEK-TO-WEEK GAINS

"How I Met Your Mother," "Partners," "Mike & Molly" and "Hawaii Five-0" Up In Viewers and Adults 18-49

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, PARTNERS, MIKE & MOLLY and HAWAII FIVE-0 all posted week-to-week gains in viewers and adults 18-49, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Monday, Oct. 15.

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (5.0/08, 8.08m) was second in adults 25-54 (3.6/09), adults 18-49 (3.2/09) and adults 18-34 (3.0/10. Compared to last week, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was up +2% in households (from 4.9/08), +3% in adults 18-49 (from 3.1/09), +7% in adults 18-34 (from 2.8/09), even in adults 25-54 and added +260,000 viewers (from 7.82m, +3%).

PARTNERS (3.8/06m, 6.21m) was tied for second in adults 18-49 (2.1/05, with ABC) and averaged 2.6/06 in adults 25-54. Compared to last week, PARTNERS was up +3% in households (from 3.7/05), +8% in adults 25-54 (from 2.4/05), +11% in adults 18-49 (from 1.9/05) and added +500,000 viewers (from 5.71m, +9%).

At 9:00 PM, 2 BROKE GIRLS (5.6/08, 9.21m) was second in adults 25-54 (4.2/09) and adults 18-49 (3.3/08). 2 BROKE GIRLS was the night's top scripted program in adults 25-54 and the highest-rated among adults 18-49 in CBS's comedy block.

MIKE & MOLLY (5.5/08, 9.03m) was second in adults 25-54 (3.9/08) and adults 18-49 (3.0/07). Compared to last week, MIKE & MOLLY was up +2% in households (from 5.4/08), +3% in adults 25-54 (from 3.8/08), +7% in adults 18-49 (from 2.8/07) and added +360,000 viewers (from 8.67m, +4%).

At 10:00 PM, HAWAII FIVE-0 (5.5/09, 8.44m) was tied for second with ABC in adults 18-49 (2.0/05) and averaged 2.8/08 in adults 25-54. Compared to last week, HAWAII FIVE-0 was up +4% in households (from 5.3/08), +8% in adults 25-54 (from 2.6/06), +5% in adults 18-49 (from 1.9/05) and added +50,000 viewers (from 8.39m).

For the night, CBS was second in adults 25-54 (3.3/08), adults 18-49 (2.6/07) and adults 18-34 (1.8/05).

Note: In San Diego, ESPN's coverage of the Denver Broncos at San Diego Chargers aired on the CBS affiliate from 8:00-9:00 PM PT. CBS's ratings and nightly average are tentative and subject to change.
