* "Guys With Kids" has now built on its lead-in with four of four telecasts in this slot, while no 8:30 comedy on ABC, CBS or Fox this season has built on its lead-in once.

* "Guys With Kids" improved on NBC's average in the time period last season by 8 percent in 18-49 rating (with a 1.4 vs. a 1.3, L+SD non-sports) and was up 8 percent in total viewers (4.287 million vs. 3.970 million), despite intense time-period competition last night from Fox's "The X Factor," CBS's "Survivor," ABC's "The Neighbors" and CW's "Arrow." Pending updates, "Guys With Kids" is matching its rating of one week earlier in 18-49 and is up 2 percent in total viewers (4.287 million vs. 4.194 million).

* At 9 p.m. ET, "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" captured a 1.6/4 in adults 18-49 and 6.3 million viewers overall and is up week to week in total viewers (6.312 million vs. 6.236 million).
