NBC LATE-NIGHT RATINGS RESULTS FOR THE WEEK OF NOV. 12-16

SEASON TO DATE, 'TONIGHT' HAS INCREASED ITS YEAR-AGO MARGINS OVER 'LATE SHOW' IN VIEWERS 18-34, 18-49 AND 25-54 AND 'LATE NIGHT' EXTENDS ITS LEADS OVER 'LATE LATE SHOW' IN 18-49 AND 18-34

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. - November 26, 2012 - NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" has averaged a 0.7 rating, 3 share in adults 18-49 and 3.2 million viewers overall for the week of November 12-16. "Tonight" tied CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman" in adult 18-49 rating and delivered a bigger overall audience than "Late Show" for the week.

For the week at 12:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" delivered bigger audiences than CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" in adults, men and women 18-49 and total viewers.

Season to date for the 2012-13 season, "Tonight" has stretched its leads versus one year ago over CBS's "Late Show" in viewers 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54. In viewers 18-49, "Tonight" has established a margin over "Late Show" of 7 percent (990,000 vs. 923,000), eliminating last year's "Late Show" advantage of 5 percent. Jay has also generated a 25-54 advantage this season of 5 percent (1.268 million vs. 1.205 million) after trailing by 4 percent at this point last year, and stretched his 18-34 lead to 17 percent (336,000 vs. 287,000), up from last year's 9 percent.

Jimmy Fallon has established a 13 percent lead over "Late Late Show" this season in viewers 18-49 (646,000 vs. 572,000), up from 9 percent at this point last season, and in viewers 18-34, Jimmy's lead over "Late Late Show" this season is 45 percent (280,000 vs. 193,000), up from a 34 percent margin at this point last season.
