Disney XD Surges to Most-Watched Month of All Time in Prime Across Target Kids and Boys 6-14, 6-11, 9-14 and 2-11, and #2 Month Ever in Total Viewers

Growth Leader Across Kid Cable Networks; Nets 46th Straight Month of Year-to-Year Gains in Kids 6-11, the Longest Streak of its Kind

Newest Original Series "Crash & Bernstein" Scores Series Highs

November 2012 - Primetime/Total Day

November 2012 ranked as Disney XD's #1 most-watched month in Prime in the network's history (includes its 10 years as Toon Disney) in target demos Kids 6-14 (289,000), Boys 6-14 (172,000), Kids 6-11 (224,000), Boys 6-11 (131,000), Tweens 9-14 (200,000), Boys 9-14 (121,000), Kids 2-11 (284,000) and Boys 2-11 (163,000), and its #2 month on record in Total Viewers (472,000), posting across-the-board double-digit increases. These record deliveries were powered by series highs for newest original series "Crash & Bernstein," solid outings for live-action series "Kickin It" and "Lab Rats," and high performing movies from PIXAR's "Toy Story" franchise.

Year to year, Disney XD emerged as the month's growth leader among all kid cable networks across all demos, including Kids 6-14 (+31% - 289,000 vs. 221,000), Kids 6-11 (+29% - 224,000 vs. 173,000), Tweens 9-14 (+30% - 200,000 vs. 154,000) and Kids 2-11 (+39% - 284,000 vs. 205,000).

· Disney XD has grown or held its Prime audience year to year for 46 consecutive months in Kids 6-11 - the longest streak of its kind among all kid networks - and for 23 consecutive months in Kids 6-14 and Tweens 9-14.

· Disney XD more than doubled to more than tripled Nicktoons in target demos, including Total Viewers (+161% - 467,000 vs. 179,000), Kids 6-14 (+236% - 286,000 vs. 85,000), Kids 6-11 (+240% - 221,000 vs. 65,000), Tweens 9-14 (+262% - 199,000 vs. 55,000) and Kids 2-11 (+202% - 293,000 vs. 93,000).

In Total Day, Disney XD posted its most-watched November on record across target demos, including Total Viewers (381,000), Kids 6-14 (216,000), Kids 6-11 (168,000), Tweens 9-14 (152,000) and Kids 2-11 (217,000).

· The year-to-year kid cable growth leader, Disney XD grew by considerable double-digit margins in key demos, including by 26% in Total Viewers (381,000 vs. 302,000), by 32% in Kids 6-14 (216,000 vs. 164,000), by 31% in Kids 6-11 (168,000 vs. 128,000), by 41% in Tweens 9-14 (152,000 vs. 108,000) and by 32% in Kids 2-11 (217,000 vs. 165,000).

November 2012 - Programming Highlights

· On Monday, November 12, "Kickin' It" (8:00 - 8:30 p.m.) recorded its highest ratings in nearly one-and-a-half years in Total Viewers (928,000), Kids 6-14 (664,000), Kids 6-11 (512,000) and Kids 2-11 (604,000) - since 7/25/11 - ranking among the series' Top 5 original telecasts to date.

· Also on November 12, "Crash & Bernstein" (8:30 - 9:00 p.m.) grew in delivery for the 4th consecutive week, setting series highs for the 2nd straight week in Kids 6-14 (489,000), Kids 6-11 (405,000), Tweens 9-14 (344,000) and Kids 2-11 (479,000), and became the show's #2 telecast to date in Total Viewers (690,000), Boys 6-14 (271,000), Boys 6-11 (233,000), Boys 9-14 (204,000) and Boys 2-11 (270,000).
