CBS SURGES TO FIRST MONDAY WIN OF THE SEASON IN VIEWERS, ADULTS 18-49 AND ADULTS 25-54
Network Up +18% in Viewers, +22% in Adults 18-49 and +20% in Adults 25-54 Compared to Last Week
"How I Met Your Mother," "2 Broke Girls" and "Hawaii Five-0" Post Week to-Week Increases in Viewers and Key Demos
"Hawaii Five-0" Dominates at 10:00 PM in Key All Ratings Measures
CBS surged to its first Monday win of the season in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 with the Network posting week-to-week increases of +18% in viewers, +22% in adults 18-49 and +20% in adults 25-54, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Dec. 10.
Note: In Houston, ESPN's coverage of the Texans at Patriots game aired on the CBS affiliate. Ratings are tentative and will likely change.
HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was tied for first in adults 18-34 (2.8/09, with NBC), and was second in households (5.7/09), viewers (9.05m), adults 25-54 (3.9/09) and adults 18-49 (3.3/09). Compared to last week, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was up +8% in both households (from 5.3/08) and adults 25-54 (from 3.6/09), +6% in adults 18-49 (from 3.1/09), +4% in adults 18-34 (from 2.7/09) and added +790,000 viewers (from 8.26m, +10%).
THE BIG BANG THEORY MONDAY SPECIAL (R) (S) was second in households (6.4/09), viewers (10.38m), adults 25-54 (4.1/09), adults 18-49 (3.3/08) and adults 18-34 (2.4/07).
At 9:00 PM, 2 BROKE GIRLS was first in households (7.2/10), viewers (11.78m), adults 25-54 (5.0/11) , adults 18-49 (4.0/11) and adults 18-34 (2.9/10). Compared to last week, 2 BROKE GIRLS was up +13% in households (from 6.4/09), +11% in adults 25-54 (from 4.5/10), +14% in adults 18-49 (from 3.5/09), +12% in adults 18-34 (from 2.6/07) and added +1.61m viewers (from 10.17m, +16%).
2 BROKE GIRLS MONDAY SPECIAL (S) was first in households (7.1/10), viewers (11.48m), adults 25-54 (5.0/11), adults 18-49 (3.9/09) and adults 18-34 (2.8/09).
At 10:00 PM, HAWAII FIVE-0 was first in households (6.7/11), viewers (10.38m), adults 25-54 (3.5/08) and adults 18-49 (2.7/07). Compared to last week, HAWAII FIVE-0 was up +10% in households (from 6.1/10), +21% in adults 25-54 (from 2.9/07), +17% in adults 18-49 (from 2.3/06) and added +1.06m viewers (from 9.32m, +11%).
For the night, CBS was first in households (6.6/10), viewers (10.58m), adults 25-54 (4.2/09), adults 18-49 (3.3/08) and adults 18-34 (2.4/07). CBS won Monday in viewers, adults 25-54, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34 for the first time this season.
