Disney Channel Records Clean Sweep in Total Day - Cable TV's #1 Network in Total Viewers and TV's #1 Network Across Kids 2-11, Kids 6-11 and Tweens; Will Be TV's #1 Network for 7th Straight Quarter in Kids 6-11/16th in Tweens in 1Q13

Disney Channel: Total Day and Prime Highlights

For the week of March 4, 2013, Disney Channel delivered a clean sweep in Total Day, ranking as cable TV's #1 network in Total Viewers (1.714 million) and TV's #1 network in Kids 2-11 (944,000/2.4 rating), Kids 6-11 (570,000/2.4 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (506,000/2.1 rating), marking its 91st consecutive week at #1 in the latter two demos. Moreover, Disney Channel outshined Nickelodeon by double digits for the 70th (+34% - vs. 425,000) and 72nd consecutive weeks (+76% - vs. 287,000).

With 3 weeks remaining in 1Q 13, Disney Channel will finish as the #1 TV network in Total Day for the 7th consecutive quarter in Kids 6-11 (627,000/2.7 rating - dates back to 2Q11), 16th straight quarter in Tweens (550,000/2.3 rating - dates back to 2Q09), and is poised to rank #1 for the 4th time in the previous 5 quarters in Kids 2-11 (986,000/2.5 rating). Further, Disney Channel is currently home to the Top 3 TV series in Kids 2-11 (#1 "Austin & Ally," 2.32 million/5.9 rating), and Top 4 TV series in both Kids 6-11 (#1 "Shake It Up," 1.94 million/8.2 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (#1 "Shake It Up," 1.96 million/8.3 rating).

In Prime, Disney Channel extended its weekly streak as the #1 cable TV network to 410 consecutive weeks in Kids 6-11 (1.032 million/4.4 rating - nearly 8 years) and to 146 consecutive weeks in Tweens 9-14 (903,000/3.8 rating - nearly 3 years). As of 1Q13, Disney Channel will have dominated TV's landscape for the 35th straight quarter in Kids 6-11 and for the 58th in Tweens.

· Friday's all-new "Jessie" (Fri., 8:30 - 9:00 p.m.) ranked as the week's #1 TV telecast in Kids 6-11 (1.66 million/7.0 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.43 million/6.0 rating), and was the #1 live-action TV telecast in Kids 2-11 (2.12 million/5.3 rating). Overall, Disney Channel held the week's Top 24 TV telecasts in Tweens 9-14 (Top 5 below) and Top 4 in Kids 6-11.

Disney Junior Preschooler Block

For the week, Disney Junior's "Sofia the First" on Disney Channel's preschooler block for kids age 2-7 was cable TV's #1 series for the 6th consecutive week in Kids 2-5 (719,000/4.5 rating) and Girls 2-5 (428,000/5.5 rating), marking the series' 11th straight week as the #1 preschool cable TV series with preschoolers. In Boys 2-5, powered by Friday's all new episode, "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" ranked as the #1 cable TV series in Boys 2-5 (306,000/3.7 rating).

Friday's all-new "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse " ('Quest for the Crystal Mickey,' 9:00 - 9:30 a.m.) was the week's #1 cable TV telecast in Kids 2-5 (935,000/5.8 rating) and Girls 2-5 (558,000/7.1 rating) and the #2 preschool cable TV telecast in Total Viewers (2.30 million), behind only its encore airing Saturday morning (2.36 million, 8:00 - 8:30 a.m.). In addition, it became the series' most-watched original telecast in more than 17 months in Kids 2-5 and in 8 months in Girls 2-5/Total Viewers - since 11/7/11 and 7/13/12, respectively.

With 3 weeks remaining in 1Q13, the block is currently home to the Top 4 cable TV series in Kids 2-5 with "Sofia the First," "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse," "Jake and the Never Land Pirates" and "Doc McStuffins." In fact, regal newcomer "Sofia" accounts for the Top 6 TV telecasts of 1Q13 to date in Kids 2-5 and the Top 5 in Girls 2-5.

· Overall, the block gave Disney Channel the week's Top 2 cable TV series in Kids 2-5, Top 4 cable TV series in Girls 2-5 and the Top 5 preschool cable TV series in Total Viewers:
