"LIVE" Scores its Best May Numbers in Homes and Viewers since 2009 and Grows by Double-Digits in Women 25-54 to its Strongest May Sweep in 6 Years

During the 2013 May Sweep, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households (2.5 rating), moving up from the No. 5 position during the year-ago 2012 May sweep. In fact, "LIVE" finished as the No. 2 syndie talker in HHs for the 3rd consecutive major sweep (November '12, February '13 and May '13).

· "LIVE" grew over the year-ago May sweep by 9% in Homes (2.5 vs. 2.3) and 8% in Total Viewers (3.243 million vs. 3.015 million) to deliver its strongest May sweep in 4 years - since 2009. In addition, "LIVE" posted double-digit year-to-year growth in Women 25-54 (+15% - 1.5 vs. 1.3), marking its highest May number in 6 years - since 2007. In fact, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" delivered the largest year-to-year gains of any top-tier talk show in all three Nielsen measures.

During the just completed 2012-13 broadcast season, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" finished as the No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households (2.6 rating) and Total Viewers (3.408 million), leading "Ellen" (2.5 rating and 3.346 million) in both Nielsen measures despite "LIVE's" early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels.

· "LIVE" grew over its 2011-12 season average by 9% in Women 18-49 and retained 100% of its year-ago numbers in Women 18-34 and Women 25-54 to match its best performance in 5 years - since the 2007-08 season. The year-to-year growth for "LIVE" is even more impressive considering its prior season average includes the high rated weeks leading up to the departure of Regis into the weeks of Kelly as a solo host last season.
