Based on a full week viewing, Disney Channel's "Teen Beach Movie" surged by more than 5 million Total Viewers to become the #2 movie in cable TV history in Total Viewers (13.53 million) and the #2 cable TV telecast of all time across Kids 2-11 (7.94 million/20.0 rating), Kids 6-11 (6.37/27.0 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (5.11 million/21.5 rating), behind only "High School Musical 2."
