"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" Equals its Top Household Rating in Nearly 8 Months

"LIVE" Builds Year to Year for the 5th Straight Week in Homes and Total Viewers

Monday's Show is "LIVE's" Strongest Since its Post-Oscar Telecast in February

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" (w/o 10/7/13)

During the week of October 7, 2013, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households (2.7 rating), beating "Ellen" (+13% - 2.4 rating) in all 5 weeks of the new season to date. In addition, despite its early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels, "LIVE" ran neck-and-neck with "Dr. Phil" in Total Viewers (3.613 million vs. 3.677 million) as the week's most-watched syndicated talker.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" held steady at a 2.7 rating in Homes for the 5th straight week, matching its top number since mid-February - since w/o 2/18/13. "LIVE" was up over the prior week by 4% in Total Viewers to draw its biggest overall audience in 3 weeks - since w/o 9/16/13.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew over the year-ago week (10/8/12) for the 5th week in a row in Homes (+4%) and Total Viewers (+6%) and for the 4th time in 5 weeks in Women 25-54 (+7%).

· Marking new season highs, Monday's telecast of "LIVE" (on 10/7/13) was the show's strongest telecast in Households (3.0 rating), Total Viewers (3.895 million) and Women 25-54 (1.8 rating) since its "After Oscar(R) Show" more than 7 months ago in February - since 2/25/13.
