During the week of February 3, 2014, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew for the 3rd straight week in Households (+6% - 3.6 rating vs. 3.4 rating) to hit a new season high and score the show's highest-rated week in 7 years (since w/o 2/5/07), excluding only the final week of "LIVE with Regis and Kelly." "LIVE" also grew its Total Viewer count for the 3rd consecutive week (+4% - 4.799 million vs. 4.611 million) to attract its biggest overall audience of the season.

· Beating "Ellen" for the 7th week in a row, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households, increasing its lead to 9% (3.6 rating vs. 3.3 rating) versus 3% the prior week. In addition, "LIVE" was the week's 2nd-most-watched syndie talker, behind only "Dr. Phil."

· On average for the 2013-14 season to date, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" stands as the No. 2 syndicated talker in Households (3.0 rating) and Total Viewers (3.934 million), beating "Ellen" on both Nielsen measures.

· Posting enormous double-digit gains over the year-ago week (w/o 2/4/13), "LIVE" was up year to year for the 7th straight week in Households (+29%) and for the 13th consecutive week in Total Viewers (+31%).

· On Monday (2/3/14), as the show celebrated Michael's induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" earned an impressive 3.8 rating in Households to mark the show's highest-rated telecast on any day in more than 2 years - since 11/18/11.
