During the week of February 24, 2014, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the week's No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households (3.0 rating), beating "Ellen" by 7% (2.8 rating), despite "LIVE's" early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels.

· "LIVE" was up over the prior week by 3% in Households (3.0 rating vs. 2.9 rating) and also saw growth of 11% over the year-ago week (2.7 rating on w/o 2/25/13). In fact, "LIVE" delivered its 10th consecutive week of year-over-year growth.

During the 2014 February sweep, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" posted double-digit gains over the year-ago February sweep in Households (+11% - 3.1 rating vs. 2.8 rating) and Total Viewers (+14% - 4.190 million vs. 3.662 million) to deliver its best February sweep in 6 years and 7 years, respectively - since 2008 and 2007, respectively. In fact, "LIVE" is up year over year for the 4th straight sweep in both Nielsen measures to post its best performance in any sweep period in over 2 years - since November 2011.

On average for the 2013-14 season to date, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" stands as the No. 2 syndicated talker in Households (3.0 rating) and Total Viewers (3.932 million), topping "Ellen" (2.8 rating and 3.906 million) in both Nielsen measures.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is generating its biggest-ever overall audience 26 weeks into a TV season in 7 years and is posting its strongest 24-week average in Households in 6 years - since the 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons, respectively. Up over the comparable weeks last season by 7% in Households (2.9 rating vs. 2.7 rating) and by 13% in Total Viewers (3.908 million vs. 3.463 million), the year-to-year growth for "LIVE" is even more impressive considering its year-ago averages include the high-rated first weeks of Kelly and Michael as a new team.
