Tune in to "Million Dollar Listing New York" next Wednesday, April 9 at 9p.m. ET/PT as Ryan's sky garage listing is still under construction, and he must switch gears to represent a new apartment that looks better with the lights off than with the lights on. Luis continues to try and whip Todd into shape so that he can hopefully whip up his first commission of the year. And Fredrik tries to focus on his new listing, which has monthly fees that rival most people's mortgage payment, but things start to get complicated when he has a random encounter....with Ryan!

Don't miss "Flipping Out" next Wednesday, April 9 at 10p.m. ET/PT when Jeff's client and good friend, Jeanne Shaw, asks him to fly to Nashville to help her buy a new house just as he is about to put his home, Gramercy, on the market. Jeff leaves Megan in charge of the office since Jenni is out on maternity leave, but she meets resistance from Zoila. When Jeff returns, he has a heart-to-heart with Gage about selling Gramercy.
