The network also ranked as the #1 cable network on weekends among upscale P25-54 and W25-54.
Top-rated viewer favorites such as Flip or Flop, Hawaii Life, Beachfront Bargain Hunt, Rehab Addict, Property Brothers and Love It or List It contributed to the record ratings and helped HGTV deliver one of its best quarters ever.
