NICKELODEON IS WEEK'S TOP BASIC CABLE NET WITH KIDS AND TOTAL VIEWERS
NEW YORK - August 12, 2014 - Nickelodeon closed the second week of August (8/04/14-8/10/14) as basic cable's number-one network in total day with Kids 2-11 (2.6/830K) and total viewers (1.6M).
SpongeBob SquarePants was the network's top performer for the week with Kids 2-11, averaging a 4.3/1.4M. Also, PAW Patrol, was Nick's highest ranked show with Kids 2-5, posting a 4.3/533K with preschoolers.
Additionally, TeenNick, Nickelodeon's 24-hour network exclusively for and about teens and tweens, scored double-digit increases in delivery for the week with Teens 12-17 (0.3/46K, +10%) and averaged 163K total viewers, up +12% from last year.
