Based on Nielsen's just-released NAD (National Audience Demographics) Live + Same Day Non-Sports Ratings for Premiere Week:
· ABC (2.68 rating) was the #1 network by strong margins during season premiere week (w/o 9/22/14) with Upscale Adults 18-49 (AD18-49 in $100K+ annual income homes) in the non-sports averages, holding double-digit advantages over NBC (+10% - 2.43 rating), CBS (+32% - 2.03 rating) and Fox (+64% - 1.63 rating). ABC also earned the top ranks in other key Upscale categories, including $150k+ annual income and 4+ years of college.
· The Net delivered 7 of the Top 15 regular entertainment telecasts during the opening week of the season with Upscale Adults 18-49 (AD18-49 in $100K+ annual income homes), including the #1 show: "Modern Family" (6.59 rating) - #1, "Scandal" (4.11 rating) - #6, "black-ish" (4.09 rating) - #7, "Once Upon a Time" (4.02 rating) - #9, "The Goldbergs" (3.72 rating) - #11, "The Middle" (3.69 rating) - #13 and "How to Get Away With Murder" (3.40 rating) - #14.
