Sunday's Broadcast Ratings: "Sunday Night Football" Continues Demo Win Streak for NBC

Here are the highlights of the 19 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (10/5/14):

NBC (14.966 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 5.5, #1) continued its demo win streak on Sunday with its mix of "Football Night in America #1" (6.186 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 1.8, #T9), "Football Night in America #2" (9.987 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 3.6, #4), "Football Night in America #3" (13.033 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 4.7, #3) and "Sunday Night Football" (18.104 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 6.9, #1).

CBS (12.336 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 2.2, #2) then claimed a distant second place with its combination of "NFL Overrun" (16.683 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 5.0, #2), "60 Minutes" (14.278 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 2.5, #6), "Madam Secretary" (12.176 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.7, #11), "The Good Wife" (10.504 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.4, #T14) and "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" (8.088 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.2, #17).

Next up was ABC (5.734 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.7, #3) with an encore of "Once Upon a Time" (3.290 million viewers, #17; adults 18-49: 0.8, #19) followed by week two of "Once Upon a Time" (8.600 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 3.1, #5), "Resurrection" (6.153 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 1.8, #T9) and "Revenge" (4.893 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 1.3, #16).
