HALLMARK CHANNEL'S "COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS" PREMIERE OF "CHRISTMAS UNDER WRAPS" SUCCEEDS AS THIS YEAR'S #1 HH RATED ORIGINAL MOVIE PREMIERE ON ALL OF CABLE

Film Delivers a 5.0 HH Coverage Area Rating and 5.8 Million Total Viewers

World Premiere of One Christmas Eve is the highest cable airing of any Hallmark Hall of Fame movie among Households and Total Viewers

Hallmark Channel's Countdown to Christmas continues to shows off its holiday strength and reach record heights with the Saturday, November 29 original movie premiere of Christmas Under Wraps averaging a colossal 5.0 HH coverage area rating and 5.8 million total viewers, according to Nielsen Fast Cable Ratings. The unparalleled debut marks the year's #1 HH rated original movie premiere on all of cable and secured the spot as the #2 most watched cable original movie premiere among Total Viewers. To top it off, the premiere becomes Hallmark Channel's highest rated and most watched telecast in network history. The movie delivered exceptionally among key demos, including W25-54 (1.2 million), W18-49 (930,000), A25-54 (1.6 million), and A18-49 (1.3 million).

The network's Sunday, November 29 premiere of Hallmark Hall of Fame original, One Christmas Eve, also hit a high note, delivering a 3.2 HH coverage area rating and 3.6 million total viewers, becoming the highest cable airing of any Hallmark Hall of Fame movie among HHs and total viewers. According to Nielsen Fast Cable Ratings, One Christmas Eve also delivered successfully among W25-54 (628,000), W18-49 (489,000), A25-54 (779,000), and A18-49 (598,000).

In Christmas Under Wraps, Lauren (Candace Cameron Bure), who has her entire life planned out, loses her boyfriend and residency at a top Seattle hospital on the same day - she reluctantly takes a residency position in Alaska. That's where she meets Andy and his father, and she slowly begins embracing her simpler (unplanned) life in Alaska. But as luck would have it she gets the position she originally hoped for, and now she must choose between the life she always wanted or her new life in Alaska.

In One Christmas Eve, Anne Heche plays Nell Blakemore, a newly-single mom who wants this Christmas to be extra-special for her two kids. It turns out to be special, indeed, but it's not what she had in mind. Everything that can go wrong does go wrong. Chaos reigns in this entertaining comedy, and the notion of `family' takes on a whole new meaning.
