Disney Channel Sweeps TV's Total Day for the 3rd-Consecutive Month Across Major Youth Demographics and Is Cable TV's #1 Network in Total Viewers

24-Hour Disney Junior channel Is TV's #1 Preschooler Network for the 23rd-Consecutive Month and TV's #1 Network for the 3rd-Straight Month in Girls 2-5, Is the Channel's #2 Month on Record in Total Viewers and Women 18-49

During February 2015, Disney Channel swept TV's Total Day for the 3rd-straight month across target Kids 2-11 (652,000/1.7 rating), Kids 6-11 (443,000/1.9 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (398,000/1.7 rating) demographics, and was the month's #1 cable TV network in Total Viewers (1.3 million), bolstered by the premiere and encores of the original movie "Bad Hair Day."

Disney Channel topped Nickelodeon by at least double digits for the 44th month in a row among Tweens 9-14 (+62% - 398,000 vs. 245,000) and for the 11th-consecutive month among Kids 6-11 (+25% - 443,000 vs. 355,000).

In Primetime, Disney Channel extended its streak as TV's #1 network to 120-straight months in Kids 6-11 (735,000/3.1 rating) and to 116 months running in Tweens 9-14 (643,000/2.7 rating).

· The premiere of original movie "Bad Hair Day" (2/13/15) debuted as the #1 TV telecast of the month - and of 2015 to date - in Kids 2-11 (2.4 million/6.0 rating), Kids 6-11 (1.9 million/8.1 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.6 million/6.7 rating) and was the month's #1 kids' TV telecast in Total Viewers (4.5 million).

· "Bad Hair Day" easily topped the original movie premiere of Nickelodeon's "Splitting Adam" (2/16/15) by 26% in Kids 2-11 (2.4 million vs. 1.9 million) and by 19% in Kids 6-11 (1.9 million vs. 1.6 million).

24-Hour Disney Junior channel

During February 2015, the 24-hour Disney Junior channel ranked #1 across preschooler networks for the 23rd-consecutive month in Total Viewers (562,000), Kids 2-5 (251,000/1.6 rating) and Boys 2-5 (117,000/1.5 rating) - every month since reporting public ratings on April 1, 2013 - and was the #1 network across all TV for the 3rd-consecutive month in Girls 2-5. The channel was also #1 for 21st month running in Women 18-49 (115,000). Moreover, the month ranked as Disney Junior channel's #2 month on record in Total Viewers and Women 18-49, behind only last month.

· Year to year, 24-hour Disney Junior channel stood as the only preschooler TV network to post year-to-year increases in target categories: Total Viewers (+27% - 562,000 vs. 441,000), Kids 2-5 (+15% - 251,000 vs. 218,000) and Women 18-49 (+28% - 115,000 vs. 90,000).

· The channel delivered the month's Top 5 series across preschooler networks among both Total Viewers and Kids 2-5:

· Disney Junior channel virtually doubled Nick Jr. in Total Viewers (+99% - 562,000 vs. 282,000), Kids 2-5 (+99% - 251,000 vs. 126,000) and Girls 2-5 (+91% - 134,000 vs. 70,000) and more than doubled in Boys 2-5 (+109% - 117,000 vs. 56,000) and Women 18-49 (+135% - 115,000 vs. 49,000).

· Disney Junior channel towered over Sprout by triple digits for the 23rd-straight month among Total Viewers (+280% - 562,000 vs. 148,000), Kids 2-5 (+318% - 251,000 vs. 60,000), Girls 2-5 (+4165% - 134,000 vs. 26,000), Boys 2-5 (+244% - 117,000 vs. 34,000) and Women 18-49 (+259% - 115,000 vs. 32,000).
