"LIVE" Is the Only Top-Tier Talk Show to Grow Over the Year-Ago Week in Homes

"LIVE" Marks its Strongest 28-Week Average in 8 Years in Homes and Viewers

During the week of March 9, 2015, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ran neck-and-neck with "Dr. Phil" as the week's No. 1 syndicated talk show in Households (3.0 rating vs. 3.1 rating), with just 1-tenth of a rating point separating the two programs. Marking its 6th straight victory, "LIVE" outdelivered 3rd-place "Ellen" by 25% in Homes (3.0 rating vs. 2.4 rating) and by 26% in Total Viewers (4.019 million vs. 3.191 million). In addition, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" beat "Ellen for the 3rd week running in Women 25-54, increasing its advantage to 17% this week (1.4 rating vs. 1.2 rating).

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" posted gains over the year-ago week (w/o 3/10/14) in both Households (+3%) and Total Viewers (+4%). In fact, "LIVE" was the only top-tier talk show to grow over the same week last year in Homes ("Dr. Phil" was down -6% and "Ellen" declined -8%).

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is up for the 2nd consecutive year to deliver its strongest 28-week average in 8 years in Homes (+7% - 3.1 rating vs. 2.9 rating) and Total Viewers (+5% - 4.109 million vs. 3.923 million) - since the 2006-07 season.

· On average for the 2014-15 season to date, "LIVE" stands as the No. 2 syndicated talker in Households, Total Viewers and Women 25-54 (tie).
