NBC WINS TUESDAY IN 18-49 AMONG THE BIG 4 WITH THE #1 AND #2 SHOWS OF THE NIGHT, 'THE VOICE' AND 'CHICAGO FIRE'

'CHICAGO FIRE' MATCHES ITS PREVIOUS ORIGINAL TO HAVE RUN WITH NO 'VOICE' LEAD-IN; WINS THE SLOT AMONG THE ABC-CBS-NBC DRAMAS FOR A FIFTH CONSECUTIVE TIME WHEN IN ORIGINAL

NBC WINS THE NIGHT AMONG THE BIG 4 IN NEARLY ALL KEY DEMOS, 'VOICE' IS THE #1 SHOW OF THE NIGHT ON THOSE NETS IN ALMOST ALL KEY MEASURES

'ONE BIG HAPPY' GROWS FROM LAST WEEK'S 73% LEAD-IN RETENTION TO 85%

Tuesday Results:

· "The Voice" (2.5/9 in 18-49, 11.0 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) equaled last week's 18-49 rating and is up +3% in total viewers (10.987 million vs. 10.695 million).

· Versus last week's preliminary fast-affiliate rating, "The Voice" is up +4% in 18-49 (2.5 vs. 2.4) and up +6% in total viewers (10.987 million vs. 10.391

· "The Voice" is the #1 Big 4 telecast of the night in adults 18-49, total viewers and most other key measures - adults, men and women 25-54; men and women 18-49; and adults and women 18-34.

· "The Voice" will add significant viewership via time-shifting - last week's Tuesday "Voice" increased by +21% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (2.48 to 3.01). In total viewers, "Voice" grew by 1.3 million persons (from 10.7 million to 12.0 million).

· "Undateable" (1.3/4 in 18-49, 4.9 million viewers overall from 9-9:30 p.m. ET) ranked #2 in the slot among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49 and most other key measures and is tied for #1 in women 18-49 (with a 1.6 rating) and #1 outright among those nets in women 25-54 (2.2).

· "Undateable" will increase its viewership via time-shifting - the prior week's "Undateable" grew by +14% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (1.49 to 1.70). In total viewers, "Undateable" increased by 406,000 persons (from 5.1 million to 5.5 million).

· "One Big Happy" (1.1/3 in 18-49, 3.9 million viewers overall from 9:30-10 p.m. ET) improved its lead-in retention to 85% from last week's 73% in adults 18-49 (1.1 vs. 1.5 on April 14).

· "One Big Happy" maintained 100% of last week's adult 18-49 rating (1.1 vs. 1.1) and is up +10% in total viewers (3.943 million vs. 3.569 million). Last night's 3.943 million viewers is currently at the show's top total-viewer result since its March 17 series debut (5.5 million), pending updates.

· "One Big Happy" will add significant viewership via time-shifting - the previous Tuesday's "One Big Happy" increased by +20% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (1.11 to 1.33). In total viewers, "One Big Happy" grew by 427,000 persons (from 5.1 million to 5.5 million).

· "Chicago Fire" (1.6/5 in 18-49, 6.8 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET) maintained 100% of its prior original that did not benefit from a "Voice" lead-in (1.6 on March 17). Last night's "Chicago Fire" ranked #1 or tied for #1 among the slot's ABC-CBS-NBC dramas in every key demo.

· With just its second original telecast in the last five weeks, "Chicago Fire" won the time slot by a +33% margin in adults 18-49 among the ABC-CBS-NBC dramas(1.6 vs. 1.2 for CBS's #2 "Person of Interest"). "Chicago Fire" originals have now won the time period five consecutive times among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49.

· "Chicago Fire" is the #2 telecast of the night on the Big 4 in adults 18-49 behind only NBC's "The Voice."

· "Chicago Fire" will add substantial audience via time-shifting - the prior original "Chicago Fire" grew by +44% in L+3 vs. L+SD in adults 18-49 (1.98 to 2.85) and in total viewers by 2.9 million persons (8.4 million to 11.3 million).

In Late-Night Metered Markets Tuesday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.5/6; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.3/6; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.7/4.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.9/4; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/2.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.2/4 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with James Corden" (1.1/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
